Body Ball
Body Ball is a full-body workout that utilizes multiple types of exercise ball equipment. This equipment may include stability balls, medicine balls, bosu balls and any other fitness ball that will enhance your group training experience. All Body Ball group classes will also utilize dumbbells to help maximize clients’ caloric expenditures, achieve leaner muscles and obtain superior core strength and stability. Clients will be taken through numerous different exercises that target muscle groups throughout the entire body. What makes Body Ball so effective? The sheer number of muscles required to execute exercises with balls and stability equipment. In Body Ball classes you’ll burn a substantial amount of calories – which means you’ll see results fast.
Body Row
No sport depends on teamwork more than rowing. Bodies working together, combining bursts of power with relaxed grace - everyone moving in perfect sync. That's what our Body Row program captures. Each group member will workout on a rowing machine, moving in time with their team members beside them. Long, steady pieces to build cardio base will combine with short, muscle-building sprints as we move together as a team.
Burn
The only way to be in the best shape is to have access to the best routines. Burn develops its routines by utilizing any and all of the equipment inside and outside of bodyco. If we don’t have what it’s going to take to get you into shape, we will find it. This is a non-stop hour of cardio (minus the boring cardio equipment) and weights all blended together for a functional training experience we call Burn.
Cardio Core Conditioning
This group focuses on increasing balance, strength and endurance. Create your center of power with unique core exercises that will challenge you and help you maintain a solid foundation. Combined with interval cardio training you will see improvement in your cardiovascular endurance and longevity as well as physically strengthen your heart. This class will no doubt give you the strong base you need to improve in other areas of your training!
Core Disruption
Core Disruption combines bodyco’s Body Ball program with a customized ab routine. If you want to build a mansion you need to pour a solid concrete foundation. If you want a sculpted body you need a solid core.*Please see individual group descriptions for Body Ball definition.
Cycle
Speed down straight-aways, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish - without leaving your favorite gym. Our high-energy, music-pumping, adrenaline-rushing indoor cycling is led by trained professionals who take you for the ultimate ride.
Super Cycle
The only thing a good Cycling class is missing is everything else that you should be doing when you go to the gym for your workout. Be prepared for your all inclusive workout when you show up for Super Cycle. Nothing is off limits…core, flexibility work, strength training, plyometrics, and on and on and on. The Group will be half Cycling and half everything else.
Cycle Circuit
Welcome to Cycle Slaughter where cardio intensity meets strength training greatness. This group starts with 30minutes of cycling thrills, hills and drills and is topped off with another 30minutes of bodyco's finest in functional circuit training.
The ability to modify any and all exercise for a client within this group is what make this hour so unique. Seasoned veterans and first timers are on an even playing field during this action packed hour of power. Regardless of your skill level, training or cycling background, Cycle Slaughter is a full proof way to get the most out of your 60minutes of training. "Get Busy"
Explosion
Propel yourself into the 21st Century of Group Training. Explosion offers anything besides your traditional styles of training. Every time you enter the Explosion group you will have no idea of what’s about to take place. This group is ever evolving and will never feel like the same routine twice. If you’re bored of the same exercises and music week after week at your conventional gym, then look no further and we will look forward to seeing you in Explosion.
Monday Madness/Wicked Wednesdays/Friday Frenzy
Monday Madness, Wicked Wednesdays and Friday Frenzy are just that, we pull out all the stops to prepare for these group. These new training experiences can and will incorporate the training styles from any of our other groups. It is influenced by our one on one training methods and performed in a group setting. Come prepared to get your lift on, we involve a good foundation of lifting in these groups for the ultimate muscular gains so you can achieve the lean “toned“ look you are striving for. You will not be doing a cute little circuit with little rubber weights. We will be counting sets and reps and making notes of your strength increases. This is one of the few groups that take place on the Private Training Floor.
Muscle Confusion
If you want to look different…You need to train different. There’s boot camp and then there’s Muscle ConFusion. Muscle ConFusion is what every boot camp strives to be. You will drag sleds, swing hammers, lift kegs, climb stairs, jump over tires, lift kettle bells, and carry sand buckets. Ordinary? NO…Makes you see results? YES. This is the true definition of Functional Training.
Nutrition and Cycle
After burning all those calories in cycle class, you'll want to refuel your body in the most efficient way possible. Each class will end with a nutrition tip and a recipe for something healthy, complete with Calorie, Fat, Protein, and Carbohydrate breakdowns. *Please see individual group descriptions for Cycle definition.
Ride/Row/Rock Ur Core
BodyCo’s Cycle, Body Row, and Core programs are combined in this 60min group. You will sweat, tighten and firm up everything under the sun during this one of a kind experience. Put it this way…if you are headed to the beach, country club or poolside, this is a must as part of your pre fesitivity preparation. *Please see individual group descriptions for Cycle and Body Row definitions.
Saturday Slaughter
The name says it all. If you think you have what it takes to push yourself beyond your limits, there's only one way to find out - experience this training program. We utilize many training modalities during this hour-long session of pure, full-body intensity: lifting, core, anaerobic, agility, plyometric, explosiveness and sheer gut-wrenching training. Each session is held on the weight room floor and is conducted as if it were a private, one-on-one personal training session. And at the end, only one question will remain. Will you survive to come back for round two?
Total Body Weight Tabata
This is a courageous, dynamic, class that's scientifically proven to enhance overall physical strength, challenge tenacity, and dramatically transform the body in weeks! A Tabata protocol is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results! A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without rest for 8 intervals (4 minutes). Intervals tax both your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and this reverse ratio will burn double the calories any other interval will! Your goal is to get in as many reps as you can get in during the twenty seconds, followed by ten seconds rest and watch yourself improve and transform over the weeks! The class is made up of several of these interval sequences. Intense doesn't adequately describe it. It's more like 240 seconds of h*ll. Well except the ten seconds you get to rest.
The B.O.B
aka. The Best of Bodyco
It doesn’t get much better then bodyco’s Body Row program…that’s until it was combined and created with a personal training twist, and the B.O.B was born. The B.O.B combines the best of the best, and steps up rowing a notch by incorporating strength training moves that you would typically find in one of our one training sessions. Pull ups, push ups, burpies, squats, lunges, split jumps, chest press, lat pull downs etc…are the name of the game here.
